The entirety of the Prophet offices have been buzzing since word came in of the attack this morning. There hasn't been anything similar to this in awhile, so it's obviously important news here. I tried to get the Editor to let me go investigate for an article, but of course all I got was the usual, "Stick with Quidditch, Dunstan." I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should just start taking things into my own hands.
I can't help but worry for that poor boy. How worried he must be, and how horrible it must feel to have everyone know, but be able to do nothing. According to what I've heard around the offices, the student is in fact a Muggleborn, though they skirted over that in the article. A Muggleborn, in Slytherin... I can't help but be surprised. Knowing that House, they aren't making this experience any easier on him, poor lad.
